Warning: Address Requirements
Here’s the thing about sending emails legally (at least in the United States):
Because of the CAN-SPAM ACT of 2003, you have to have a valid physical postal address visible, generally at the bottom, in the emails you send out. Physical being the operative word. It has to be a place you can physically accept mail.
I don’t recommend using your home address, because… well, the internet.
So what can you do? Get a PO Box (support the USPS, fellow Americans!), or equivalent. Or, if you can, partner with a brick and mortar that can accept mail on your behalf.
